Slow Flow Yoga

Slow Flow Yoga

Slow Flow classes are light, slow, gentle & creative.  Asanas are generally held for longer periods and the transitions between poses are a little slower. The more gentle nature of this class is perfect for beginners, but is also wonderful for intermediate and advanced students who feel like slowing it down & sinking deeper into their practice.

Yoga and Aromatherapy with Nicole

Aromatherapy & Yoga for me are…Balancing the Mind and Body to Peace through Movement, Essential Oils & Breath. Allowing me to move through the day with ease, physically and mentally,

helping to calm my Nervous System, releasing Anxiety. 

We live in a culture that is so focused on competition and winning.  

Yoga is about Being and is for every BODY, every AGE & every ABILITY.

You don't need to be flexible, hypermobile or a certain shape, colour, look or size to do Yoga.

It is NOT about the perfect Asana Shape to photograph & post on Social Media.

Everybody's Skeletal System is different and I will guide you to listen to your Body, to be and feel and adapt Poses for YOUR Body in a safe way. 

With a Teaching background in Special Education, I have had my own Yoga Practice and used Essential Oils for Healing for over 3 Decades.

My own personal experience with Injury -Yoga & Essential Oils helped Heal my Pain & Anxiety, Balancing my Hormones and supported me through a rough time, caring for my husband through Cancer Treatment. 

If I can help one other person then this makes my heart full.

Beyond the Mat, my Loves are Family, My Labrador (who features in many of my videos), Music, Hiking, Trail Running, Weight Training, Group Fitness Classes and Designing/Sewing. I am also a Les Mills Body Pump Instructor which I LOVE.

Healthy Stimulation & Stretching of the Muscle Fascia in Yoga Asana, supported by Essential Oils, helps Joint Lubrication, improved Healing, better Circulation & enhanced Mobility-this is so important as we age. 

I am here to support you to have healthy muscles and a healthy nervous system so you can function at your best.
